#1: Spinning Around in a Circle

Listen, this is quite the unusual exercise to lose belly fat with, but it works. Here's why...

When you spin around in a circle, clockwise... and you get slightly dizzy (not completely dizzy), you stimulate your Endocrine System to balance out it's hormonal releases daily. (Note: Your Endocrine System is the master controller of your hormones and metabolism.) Since you most likely don't have balanced hormones, that's a big reason why you are either gaining weight or not losing weight. Spinning solves that and unlocks your weight loss potential.
