How to Lose Belly Fat Today
By Ryan Kelly
Do you want to lose belly fat? Well, it can be done! Losing belly fat is a two step process. First, you must do regular cardiovascular exercise in order to burn off excess calories and keep your metabolism high. Second, you must eat a healthy diet so that you do not put any extra fat on the belly.
Exercising to lose belly fat is difficult, but fairly straightforward. Do medium intensity cardio for thirty minutes, at least three times per week. Some good forms of cardio include the elliptical machine, the treadmill, the Stairmaster, and the stationary bike. You can also try to burn some extra belly fat by making some minor lifestyle adjustments. For example, you can bike to work instead of drive if your job is reasonably close to your house. Also, you can try to walk more. Instead of going out for lunch, you can pack an lunch and use your lunch hour to take a walk or a bike ride. Speaking of lunch, we come to the second half of losing bell fat, eating right.
Diet is a four letter word, and rightfully so. I do not believe in traditional dieting, that is, making an eating plan and forcing yourself to stick to it. I believe that a better way is intuitive dieting. Intuitive dieting involves knowing what constitutes healthy food and eating that in moderate portions. Find food that contains moderate levels of carbohydrates and protein, and low levels of fat. Eat until you are full, then do not eat any more. Do not stuff yourself!
You will lose belly fat if you follow this program regularly. For more information, you may want to consider reading a fat loss E-Book.
