2. To reduce your risk of obesity, consume at least one noontime snack. Choose to eat high fiber fruits, lean protein, vegetables, or nuts.

3. Eat only a little for dinner to reduce your risk of obesity. You may eat little snacks all day so you would not be really hungry during dinner.

4. Be sure to eat your breakfast 30 minutes after you wake up. Do not wait until 3 hours to have your morning meal after rising up or you are increasing your risk to become obese.

5. It is recommended to pack meals and snacks rather than eating in restaurants where it is difficult to regulate the food content. With the variety of food choices in a restaurant, it would be difficult to regulate your craving.

6. Do not consume your breakfast away from home or you might increase your risk to become obese.

7. Never fail to eat your breakfast or you raise your possibility to become obese. Breakfast is the best time of the day to eat high protein, high fiber foods to help tone your energy and blood sugar levels for the entire day.
